Learning proper  breath control will teach students to better focus while leading them to the awareness of what it means to be mindful.  

Oxygen is a nutrient to the body‘s internal organs glands, nerves and brain. Guiding students in the practice of breathing will enhance focus while teaching students an awareness of what it means to be mindful.
